I would love the opportunity to deliver a keynote message to your team, volunteers, leadership teams, etc. I have developed several messages that coincide with the key principles of my book, One Fish Changes Everything. It encourages a simple method for setting targets, building a strategy and executing a plan. It also focuses on the importance of investing in others to create the leadership style desired by most and being OK with not being in complete control. I will work with your team to make sure I hit any key lessons that align with your needs and have multiple calls with audience members of your choice so I can learn potential challenges we can address to have the biggest impact.

Have a smaller team but still need my help inspiring? I have developed multiple team building activities for small teams all designed to teach the importance of planning, teamwork and thinking big. We can work together to modify an existing plan or we can start from scratch and develop a message specifically for your group. In order to do this I will engage team members one on one to get get good VOC and develop a program to ensure certain messages are delivered to help overcome challenges. I have found these challenges are often times unintentional cultural challenges and I will share with leadership discoveries of these sessions and potential ways I can support to overcome.  Each session combines speaking and team building.
