About me

I would love the opportunity to speak to your team no matter how small or big.  I am passionate about many things in life. My faith, my family, business, fishing, fast cars,  the outdoors, music, cooking but none of these compare to my passion for people. Nothing inspires me more than to have the opportunity to inspire groups of all sizes. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to address crowds of thousands and small teams of ten. I love them all. Whether you have the need for a keynote speaker to inspire large teams or someone to lead your team building events at a national or regional sales meeting...I will always deliver a message with passion.

I was never one to sit and dream without taking action. In fact, I started my own business my freshman year of college from my bedroom in my parents house. They weren't happy to have to get a new phone number, because I put their number on my business cards. Since then, life has taken me through some great journeys. I have been blessed to be involved with several entrepreneurial partnerships, work for start-ups, taken many missions trips and hold Vice President roles in sales and marketing for a fortune 500 company. I have seen many styles of leadership, culture development and unfortunately also culture destruction. I have taken away learnings from these experiences and have boiled them down to a simple way to win...and most importantly enable you to build teams that will win...with or without you.
